Olanrewaju Howells is the Group Managing Director of VARDEN with over 15 years experience as an entrepreneur. His wealth of experience spans Hospitality, Entertainment, Real Estate, Agriculture and Mass Media. He ventured into agriculture in 2014, setting up Varden Farms Scheme 1, and in 2016 Varden Farms and Resort pioneered the developing trend of commercial luxury Farm Houses in Nigeria. In 2015, he established Beyond Building Investment Limited, a premium real estate company, redefining Asset Management, Real Estate Investment Culture. Lanre seat on the board of several profit and Non Profit organizations both within and outside Nigeria. He is a result driven, self-motivated and resourceful entrepreneur with a proven ability to develop, strengthen businesses and management team in order to maximize company profitability and efficiency. The Company has grown exponentially into a group within 4 years of operation, consisting of Varden Farms, Varden Park & Resort, Varden Foods and VCAMS (The Agro Cooperative Society). Varden group today, has over one hundred employees and still evolving with the crusade for organic and affordable food for Nigerians.
